T & S SERVICES, born as a body of preparation and training in foreign languages ​​in the year 2004, focusing on the processes of teaching and learning targets corporate bodies and competent users, offering a variety of services in the fields of education to optimize processes in enterprises and the society.

Its initial marketplace focused in Bucaramanga, and thanks to the efforts of the General Manager, Mr. Gustavo Ortega Isaza and his team gradually entered in the district market, with an extensive network of new apprentices in his educational system under the concept of “educational language skills” according to the Common European Framework (CEF) and his short term learning method (seven months).
